Cocktail Reception

Welcome guests with an unforgettable Cocktail Reception, featuring 2 chilled presentations (your choice of cheese boards, seasonal vegetables, or grilled vegetable antipasto); a selection of 8 hors d'oeuvres (favorites include grilled chicken satay, mini beef sliders, and lemon crab cakes); and the option to add-on one of our Chef’s Specialty Stations (carving station, made-to-order pasta, sushi bar, and more.)

Sheraton Signature Offerings

Each customized wedding package at Sheraton Valley Forge includes a combination (of your choosing) of butlered and stationed hors d'oeuvres, a 3-course seated dinner with a wedding cake from Isgro’s Bakery, a champagne toast, and a 5-hour premium open bar, as well as a personal maitre d’, designer linens, romantic lighting, and more.

Entrées

Seated wedding receptions include your choice of two entrées. Free-range chicken breasts and beef tenderloins are accompanied by fingerling potatoes and wild mushroom risotto, while a selection of seafood (mahi-mahi, Atlantic salmon, swordfish, and striped bass) are plated with a variety of fresh toppings and sides. We also offer a vegetarian option with grilled vegetable quinoa and romesco sauce.

First Course

Compliment your wedding with a tender baby spinach salad, including sliced strawberries, sunflower seeds, and a fresh cucumber yoghurt dressing, or opt for a traditional Caesar salad with romaine hearts, garlic croutons, and parmesan cheese. From mixed greens with balsamic dressing to baby arugula with toasted almonds and manchego cheese, our First Course selections offer something for everyone.

Dessert

Dessert features a specialty three-tiered wedding cake from Isgro’s Bakery accompanied by the Chef’s Signature Dessert: an edible chocolate cookie cup with vanilla bean ice cream and tropical fruits, served on a painted plate. Freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee, regular and herbal teas are also included with dessert.

Premium Open Bar

From soft drinks and beers to liquor and wine, our five-hour Premium Open Bar features a long list of favorites. Signature drinks, an End-of-Night Philly Station with hot pretzels and cheesesteaks, and a Grand Viennese Sweet Table round out the event as ways to further enhance your wedding.
